Abstract Submission

Abstracts will be considered for either an oral or poster presentation.

Please indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation format during online submission.

Submitting authors must indicate a presenting author during abstract submission. Presenting authors must be prepared to present the submitted abstract at ECMIS 2024 should their abstract be accepted for the meeting. Posters will not be allowed without an accompanying author.

The Scientific Advisory Committee will take the final decision on the acceptance and form of the presentation. Notifications regarding the acceptance of abstracts will be sent by email to the corresponding author. If the abstract’s author does not receive notification of his abstract's status, please contact us.

Abstracts will be printed in the Proceedings Book of the Symposium only if the author has paid the registration fee. Failure to register will result in abstract withdrawal.
