The following registration categories and fees are available
Included in the congress registration fees:
Fees include all available documentation, conference bag, on-site catering (coffee breaks and lunches) and full access to the scientific sessions.
21 % VAT and taxes.
IMPORTANT:
The congress dinner is NOT included in the registration fee of the ECMIS congress.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Semico) by fax: +32 9 233 85 97 or email: info@semico.be
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before May 31, 2024: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
From June 1 until June 15, 2024: 50% refund
As of June 16, 2024 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the meeting.
Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
